We are excited to talk to you about enrolling your child(ren) in Shoreline’s Instructional Child Care program! There is a process to apply for admission and we do our best to make the process go smoothly.

• Come visit us for a tour of our fantastic program!
• Pick up an application packet from the front office while you are here or you can call to ask us to mail one to you.
• The application packet has lots of forms which need to be filled out completely and then signed by both parents or guardians before you return them to the office so we can expedite the processing. You will also need to submit a current immunization record, a copy of your child’s birth certificate and full payment of the $200.00 registration fee.
• We will confirm an appointment for a family interview upon admission. This allows you to get to know our program policies, your child’s class schedule and the teacher. First day at school information is also provided to ensure a smooth transition. We want to establish a shared vision of reachable goals for your child together!

Tuition is due monthly for our year round program. Your child’s placement is determined by their current age and tuition rate as of September 1.
All registration fees are nonrefundable.

ADMISSIONS PROCEEDINGS WILL NOT BE INITIATED UNTIL WE RECEIVE ALL FORMS COMPLETED AND SIGNED.
